I didn’t have to do anything besides take my cat & dog to their regular veterinary visits for their vaccinations & spay/neuter. Several months later, I received a bill in the mail from animal control for $5 each.
You don't have to bring your dog to the shelter. Bring your ID, proof of address, proof of rabies vaccination, proof of spay/neuter and $10 and you will walk out with your registration
Just take him up there and tell them and they will get your info and everything about the dog and issue your license right there
