Allegiant Air has a much cheaper rates on the airfares... what you usually have to book it well in advance get to cheaper rates. Search for the flights through Google. However please do not be shocked too much as to the charges that they all I know Airport charges for parking... One of them most expensive areas for parking at airports and what do you get a parking lot big deal the car just sits there until you get back in the shuttle bus really sucks because you have to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to show up. The parking and the shuttle bus a pretty much a ripoff.

No official death certificate needed! You need to have the cremains in a sealed container. We brought my mother in law's with us on Allegiant Air in May. They were still in the black plastic box from the crematory and we went to the funeral home to make sure we had what was needed for TSA. They took Scotch tape and sealed the box, gave us a preliminary death certificate, the cremation authorization, and a letter from the funeral home stating that we would be traveling with her remains in a plastic bag. We told TSA at check in and they took the bag with her cremains to wipe the container with the explosive residue while we watched. They never looked at the paperwork!!

Rental cars would be my only thought also. I've never seen any signs or anything regarding transportation to any place in the airport. It's a relatively small airport that Allegiant Air has brought to life! Before they came into the airport, it was mainly international charter flights which it still has some. Good luck!

Just as you are getting close to the terminal on the right side there is free parking. You just wait until the flight arrives give them about 10mins and then pickup at the curbside

Parking is easy to get to. Just follow the signs, if possible I feel it's best to park under a light pole.

Check-in for all Allegiant flights is located in Terminal B even though some flights will depart from Terminal A. The airport is really small and ready to navigate. I hardly ever fly and have never had a problem and I already fly allegiant.

About 3/4 of an hour. If you are staying on resort then there are Disney shuttle buses to and from the resort that run frequently. Contact Disney resorts guest services for more information.

I arrived 2 hrs early. If that is with allegiant they don't show up to check u in til then and people are waiting. So unless u get there early there might be a big line. It'll sometimes say on the paperwork. I would be at the airport 2 hrs early no matter who ur flying.

Airlines state 2 hours. Last time I was there in February after the Daytona race it was super busy and the line for security checks was backed up to the baggage claim area. I wouldnt recommend ignoring that because the one time you do is the time you'll get burned.

At the moment you may be able to get an Uber. It's unfortunate that Orlando Sanford Airport also has the highest parking rates in the state if not the nation. Any savings you get on the airlines is wasted at the airport parking. The Airport Authority gets away with the highest parking rates because they are a monopoly and there are no off-site parking competition.

Sanford Airport is one of the most expensive airports in Florida if not all of the nation for parking. Well they do have plenty of parking on site there are no competition parking sites off-site airport that's why their rates are so high. I read somewhere that they have a limit of 30 days though, but you might want to call them and ask. I'd suggest you check out having an Uber or a friend or a shuttle, even a taxi bring you since you've been gone, so long.
