You can always rent a car,it works out cheaper then using taxis if u staying for a week or more
You can arrange your transportation to WDW Resorts from Sanford-Orlando Airport (SFB) privately. But the resorts currently only offer transit from Orlando International Airport (OIA).
Other than taxi or Uber I'm not sure what options are available.
