Absolutely the worst experience with this establishment. I arrived at 8:34 -8:44 with my 11 yr old son that had a hook In his face, the doctor looked at the injury told me how he'd address the injury..I said okay let's do it! he looked at the nurse and she rolled her eyes and he said sorry you'll have to take him to the ER. So unless you just need a prostate exam I recommend going else where.

I had a severe Uti pain Went to advent health sanford at 11pm By the time we finished the appointment it was around 12am so had travel 25miles to a pharmacy that was open during that time. When we reached the pharmacy and asked for the medicines , they refused to give us medicines as they did not receive any call from the doctor.It was 1am we begged and asked to provide atleast 1 tablet. We got that one tablet she gave us and reached home at 2am. When we called the advent again in the morning they asked to call the pharmacy Again the person in n pharmacy confirmed that they did not receive any call even in the morning. Adventhealth pls don't do this to any other patients who come for an emergency ... such a bad experience now it is 12pm still they have not sent the prescription.details to the pharmacy. When the purpose is not solved they ll expect us to pay the bill for the visit. Worst

If I could give negative stars I would! My 8 month old son had an ear infection I couldn’t get him into his pediatricians office because they were fully booked so I came here after making an appointment online. Got there 20 min before my appointment because that’s what it said to do after you made the appointment sat there for an hour!!!! Got up went to the front desk to ask how much longer it was going to be and was told another hour or hour and a half because two more people were infront of me. So you’re gunna tell me in the hour I was there in total you only saw two patients because when I first came in I was told 4 people were infront of me. Now an hour later and there’s still 2 people! Like how slow do you guys move! This place is a joke don’t ever bring your children here!

We had an appt and at the moment have been waiting 1.5 hours. They have said for an hour that we are next. Unacceptable. What is the point of making an appt? Only 1 doctor in staff?

You would have to go to a different Centra care for that specialty.
I'm sure they will. They actually have a regular doctor there you can see who you can make follow-up visits with

Had to wait over 3 1/2 hours for a covid19 test. Once I was called though the service was great. I got my results in about 15 minutes.
