Working with Amanda and Melissa was very very pleasant they got back to you they let you know what's going on they didn't keep you in the dark enjoyed working with these young ladies they are credited to window world when everything didn't go right outside of their control they were there for you to make sure that things got corrected and taken care of in the proper way

They has to come back and redo the screen on one window. Did not fit correctly. But they did come on time.

Yes they actually turned a window into sliding glass doors for me and offered to seal the wall where the old door was
