Window was cracked said they would fix.when we called said parts were in but we couldn't do the day they wanted.so now No one will talk to us and set a different time and day What should we do? ?

Not to worrie if your parts are in you will get scheduled i can tell you the office is going to be closed until Monday so reach out then have a happy Thanksgiving

Window World is a very busy company so when you reschedule it's hard for the installer to get back to you within that week but at the end of the day they will fix the problem and take care of everything just bare with them

Call again and set up a different day, sometimes the instalers are not available since the amount of work is incredible high these days.
