The food is authentic but the service is terrible 90% of the time. I order from them 1 to 2 times per month over the past 2 years. When they say pick up your order in 20 minutes, give them an extra 10 minutes and hope it's ready. Today after I placed the order over the phone they asked for 30 minutes. I showed up 40 minutes minutes (gave them my usual extra 10 minutes) and my order was not ready. So frustrating that I walked out and had lunch elsewhere.

VERY BAD first experience. Wanted to try this place out my husband and I decided to get wings because we were on a time crunch..it took these people an HOUR AND A HALF to make 12 wings and fries they forgot to give us our fries I had to remind her that the order came with them. It shouldn’t take 1 and a half hours to prepare 12 wings and fries. There were ppl coming in after us and getting their food before us which was completely UNBELIEVABLE. Instead of them offering a refund they just kept telling us 10m originally she told us it would be 30m and we would have our food but it took an hour and a half...I would not recommend this place and this will be the first and LAST time I spend money in there just sad. The wiener of the establishment should’ve aware of how his or her business is being ran. If I could give zero stars I would.

13 dollars , 20 minutes wait for an ego waffle. Very disappointed and a waste of money.
