100ml is 3.3oz, so no you can't. You would have to put the alcohol in a container clearly marked 3oz. On the up side, you can carry as many of these as you can cram into a clear one quart zip bag. (If you don't carry any other liquid toiletries)

100ml is roughly 3.4 ounces which is the amount normally allowed by TSA.
