Desert Sands RV Park

Richard, It is true that we are closing the bathrooms and laundry room at 10:00 pm. We took over this park January 1, 2019. It had a terrible problem with transients, drug addicts, etc that would use the facilities. We are trying to change the reputation of the park, once done we will revisit the times of our facilities. You can have visitors they just have to register with our office or staff so we can monitor who is in the park (for the same reason as stated above.) We are doing major improvements to the park! In my opinion the people who have moved are not used to Rules and Regulation and that is why they are leaving. We are striving to have a great park that is safe for the residents and the staff. Across the street is the Roadhouse Casino and it's not in operation, plus there's a vacant lot next to it.

385 per month plus electric and deposit. Pretty nice park. Swimming pool club house. Nice staff too. Only one bad apple there.

Well if you mean to move in there. I have a friend that lives there and he says you have to 1st have a trailer or motorhome and just go to the office and apply to get a space. Once you get approved for that then you pay whatever it is to move in. That's all I know I hope this was helpful. If you need anymore info let me know and I'll ask my friend that lives there.

We have a store here a when is open depending on the time of year on it is open 6 in the winter 8 in the summer. But on the opposite corner there is a Chevron terribles 24 hr and Mc Donald's Midnight

Was year round, but new owners took over in Jan, you might want to call

New owners are doing touch-ups and they gutted the general store. Electric service is separate from rent. Water and sewer are included in the rent. As I understand it, rent is decided by available spaces. Pull throughs were $485 and along the perimeter walls is $385. The park is full most of the year and it is an adult park. No children under the age of 18. Not sure sure now but I'm thinking it will be the same with the new owners. As for restrictions ? None on year or make and they offered tent sights at one time. But I haven't seen one. Ever...

Any we're between 3 to $400 a month I believe depending on how long you decide to stay whether it be days weeks months or years.
