For $500 (for me and my husband) their service is a wack! Their staff in Aliso Viejo look like a father (wearing scrubs) and daughter (wearing some casual shirt) selling snacks on the curb. Verified our name through shouting each other and didn’t showed it to us to confirm for any error (our address is incorrect when we got the result sheet). Paid and was told for 1hr test result but got the result in 2hrs instead. (Thank god its just another extra hour cause I just saw now the awful reviews for this testing clinic!) Now for the test results, like I said our address were incorrect. My first name is typed all capitalized rhen last name is all small letter. The “sample type” portion in my form is blank while my husband is filled up with “Anterior Nares”. Such a simple form, cant be done right?

We made online appointments two weeks before. This is a drive thru location. We sat in the car and waited in line. It was not long wait. When it was our turn, we were asked for the last name and email contact for verification. The staff are friendly and professional. They were able to answer my questions. The process was fast and was not bad. Sightly ticklish. We got our results in the email for the rapid antigen test in slightly over an hour.

The drive through was fast and efficient. I did the 1 hr pcr test, and did not get my results via email after 2 hours. I couldn’t reach them by phone, so I emailed them and they replied very quickly. For some reason, the first email of my results did not get to me, but they resent it immediately. Communication was fast and I did get my results in time. Good service!

They do not pick up the phone or reply emails. There's no information on their website, results take longer than what they advertise. My sister has an international flight to pick up in a couple of hours and we don't know if she'll be able to make it because we are still waiting for the COVID test results this place did. Do yourself a favor and find another clinic.
