Extremely happy with the service from Tuttle Click. After having a bad experience at another Jeep dealer we ended up here and I'm so glad we did. Hugh Diamond was very helpful, honest and friendly. He even stayed late for us, answered all of our questions and honored the price we had originally spoken about weeks prior. One of the few dealers working with the Costco member program. Very satisfied with the customer service in sales and finance. I would recommend anyone looking for Dodge, Jeep or Ram to make their purchase here. Something has really happened at this dealership to make the service department as terrible as it is. I'm a long-time customer and have watched the service go from good to subpar over the past several years. I made a service appointment for mechanical issues under a lifetime warranty. I show up at my appointment time and they have me down for a quick oil change only. When I made the appointment I discussed the issues I was having. At no time when making the appointment did I request an oil change, as a matter of fact they just completed an oil change less than 3,000 miles ago. They said they could not take the car today and the soonest available appointment they have is September 22. Literally one month and 22 days from now. A long-time costumer is going to have to find another dealer for factory service.
