Hahahaha @ the negative reviews on here. This is the quintessential example of “if a tree falls in the forest, does it make a sound?”. Reviews are to help others make choices. Are prospective Woodbridge residents going to search Woodbridge Village Association on Google Maps and read the reviews before deciding to move in? No. Does Woodbridge Village Association read these reviews so they can do better? Highly doubtful. So, instead of complaining on Google Maps, go to a meeting and bring up issues. The people in the office that make HOA IDs to let us rent paddle boats and swim in pools are very nice and for that they get five stars.

Lived in Woodbridge few years and loved it there always happy about how nice both HOA are, the way they take care of you. Recently Just rented out my condo. Pay $269+105 HOA. Association asked in order for tenant to be able to use the amenities, have to return our access cards back to HOA. Is not fair to pay the HOA and not to be able to keep our cards. But they insisted if you want the tenant to be able to use amenities either you or them can have access. We had two cards one was lost and just returned one card to them she charged $25.00 for the lost card. 🤔☹️ Like punishment fees. Not really happy the way they approached tenant/ owner situation over amenities previllages. Now as owner don't have any right to use amenities that we pay for,,,🤔🧐😳😱😏🙄😟☹️

According to our contracts with WVA our dues that they are forcing us to pay in full, is for our ability to use amenities. We need to ban together and not pay our full dues. Next WVA says they do not have the crews to open all facilities. Then why are we paying? Also our basketball courts are taken away. Have you seen the stupidity of placing wood on hoops so people don't play? We are smart and can play basketball without worry of the virus. Enough is enough with WVA.

Terrible place never resolves issues in the community! Dogs off the leash poop everywhere in every park! It's supposed to be a kid/ parks environment not a dog park!!!! They don't post no dogs allowed in the parks without a leash !!! Pools are nice overall clean but only open like three months out of the year and most communities In Woodbridge! You will find all is in the surrounding Woodbridge community area mice, coyotes, roaches termites, wasp, and rats! Hope this information helps people that are looking to move into the area.
