There is a bad leakage in my apartment and I have been calling the rental office, as well as irvine water ranch, I left messages for both of them, no one even bothered to come and take a look. They sent a bill for over $5000 for a 2 bedroom apartment. How is it possible that they don’t know is a 2 bedroom apartment not a factory?

Beautiful building. Very zen vibe to it. Off Sand Canyon and Waterworks. There is a Chipotle and 711 near by. And post office.

Seems IRWD has a hard time getting the bill right. They mis-read the meter and then charge you a penalty for excessive water use. It happened twice in less than 2 years.

This company's website seems to be stuck in the 1970's. I've never had so many problems trying to create an online account in my life. Oh well I guess I will just find an envelope a stamp to pay this bill again. Our bill didn't even come with a return envelope. Lol pretty funny
