Has anyone else had as much trouble with this place that I do?? Since moving to Richland Co and being on assistance here, its been nothing but a mess! Everytime I report a change, which has been a few times in 1 yr and everytime I have had to request a state hearing because of notices or letters that were never sent out by jfs or staff didnt enter something into the system. Of course I have all of my verifications and reciepts! This place needs to get it together! I know two previous clients of mine, that have/are went through the same thing.

To hard to get hold of!! tired being on the phone for hours and now they dont do call back numbers....
Good Time
RCJFS is more likely to hurt you than help you. They do not care about any one

They're always super busy and super rude. Hire more people and quit over working the ones you got.

No but I would call and try to contact someone in another department about a supervisor.
If you had Medicaid, it should have been mailed you at the address listed for your case. If you have not received it by now, call the office and make sure your information is correct, if it is, they should be able to either print you something or have it resent.
They have face to face interviews if you don't have a phone.
Being followed by a lot of people scared
Thanks Joshua hambly I filled out the paperwork for the power outage and e-mailed to them so I was just asking cause I lost everything in my deep freezer and stuff cause we had no power for three days.
Call and ask. Only way I believe
They have applications for all assistance with no appointment needed. Just walk in and grab one.
You can also try to see if they have emergency metro
Or by phone if you look online youll see that option also and your case will get done at that time
Not sure. Call them. Use their online stuff as well I put a resume online through them and landed a very good job in Georgia
Very good question. Alot has changed since 2003 when I got benefits. You should call and ask them or look it up online. Sorry I couldn't really help.
I think ita thw same as receiving stamps less than 2200 amonth
I believe to get the medical card for yourself you have to make less than 1,333$ a month not sure about other services
They respond best by email. Ive never been able to call but they respond quickly to email
Yes they do, but you have to attend whatever classes they ask you to do. In the long run I feel it's primarily a waste of time. You could achieve your goal of getting a drivers license quicker without them.
