Getting through on the phone is near impossible. It just rings and rings. Had an online order for glasses get cancelled because the company couldn't get anyone at this office to answer their phone/confirm a prescription. You are better off going in person if you need anything besides an appointment. The ladies there are great to deal with otherwise.
