No, you have to get ahold of your VSO or the social worker and they will find an American legion or VFW or transit to get you there. Depending on where you're coming from.

No. They'll advise you to go to your local ER if it is an emergency.

You have to call Cleveland to get an appointment. The people at the Mansfield clinic don't know when they will come but they will gladly give you a card with contact information.
I'm not sure, but they offer a lot of services. I would imagine that if they don't, they would have a system set up to refer to audiology.
