Rodeo Jewelers is run by a knowledgeable and helpful family. We’ve used them for small purchases and repairs over the years - always friendly. I cannot recommend Rodeo Jewelers enough. I recently purchased an engagement ring through them and couldn't be happier. First, the ring they created from a rough sketch I made far exceed my, and my fiancé's expectations. I'm not an expert but I was floored by the quality of the product we received. Second, during the sales process Vatche actually listened to what I wanted and did his best, not to sell me on something that was out of my price range, but to get me exactly what I envisioned. Also, because my piece was custom, they were completely transparent about how they were sourcing the materials I requested. Finally, because Koko does the work in house, the ring passed through fewer hands, which drove the price down dramatically. Honestly, I got exactly what I was looking for at about 60% of what everyone else had quoted me for the same work. I don't buy jewelry too often, but I couldn't be happier with my experience. Wish I could give them 10 stars
