We tried this place for the first time tonight. It had pretty good reviews, but I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. We had the tri tip sandwich, a hotdog, and a rib plate. We tried baked beans, mac n cheese, coleslaw, cornbread, and a few desserts as well. We were blown away. This is how bbq should taste. My husband are the ribs without even adding the bbq sauce because it didn't even need it. The mac n cheese was really good, too. It was creamy without tasting too cheesy. The trip tip was perfect and the hotdog was huge. We were all happy with our We were all happy with our dinner. We will go back!

The staff is intelligent, friendly, and accommodating. They have everything you can imagine and more. Australian and Japanese wagyu, duck, and venison. I'll be recommending this establishment to everybody who needs a good butcher.

After eating The Corner Butcher Shop at a luncheon, I purchased tri-tip and mac and cheese for Christmas Eve family dinner. The tri-tip was excellent and the mac and cheese very good. I recommend this business and will be visiting again.
