During my most recent visit, my service managers, Kim, and Maria, were always incredibly pleasant and patient with all of my questions - returning every call in a timely fashion. Additionally, they matched the quote from another dealership and saved me hundreds of dollars. Finally, and most importantly, your mechanics finished the job more than 2 weeks faster than promised. Natalia had GREAT customer service. Made me feel like I was taking my work truck to a reliable and experienced friend. My cashier experience is why they only get 4 stars. I felt like a hostage for a minute and thought I would be walking home. I only got an oil change. Wonder what would have happened if I got more extensive work done. UPDATE: When I originally wrote this review, I accidently posted it to another dealership/repair shop next door. However, I went back and was happy to see Natalia got promoted!! She handled my new issue with professionalism and class. Great job! Ford gets 5 stars now.
