I rather go here then my primary doctor. They are help me with my needs. I waited maybe 30-40 only because there were 4 people ahead of me. The MA was concerned of my symptoms and made sure I was taking care of. The doctor was very professional and gave good advise. I highly recommend but just varies on wait time.

Was in the urgent care this week and have to say the personnel was fine the wait was not too bad either in the waiting room or the exam room, had a very friendly male nurse he took my vitals and did not get upset when I asked for the results, I then seen the doctor about 20 minutes later he was real friendly diagnosed me ordered a shot the male nurse asked if I took any meds that could interfere with the steroid shot I am on Warfarin blood thinners so he asked the doctor if I could get the shot then I seen the doctor a few questions I got the shot but no pills to continue because you can have an adverse reaction mixing the warfarin and the steroid, but did get pills for the kidney infection they were very thorough and the clinic was clean including the bathroom I would go back again if need be. I appreciate them being cautious and caring about my health.

Quick and kind service. Was really scared to deal with a doctor after so long of not seeing one. Thank you staff for making the experience as stress free as possible.

I had a headache, took my Blood pressure at home, it was high. My wife called my primary which was not in, advised me to go to urgent care. I arrive sign in to this facility for help and care. I pay before my visit, good thing since I probably would of walked out. So the M.A. takes my B.P. Shows fairly normal. The P.A. Walks in with a attitude looks disturbed. She starts off with we are not here to “refill your b.p. Medications” you need to see your doctor for that! Well, I try to explain my primary was not in and my b.p. Has been under control for years. I guess I made her more angry and aggressive, at that point she was scolding me like a child. Never once did she try and take my “normal” b.p. Herself. She relied on the medical assistant’s reading. I left with nothing resolved. She told me she would call in my medication since I did not have the name I needed to go to my pharmacy and figure out the name and call her back and give it to her. I’m kind of confused why she couldn’t call or have her staff call the pharmacy to figure this out since I was there for this exact reason. But I did what she said got the name and called back and gave it to the staff. At the end of the night I waited and waited kept calling the pharmacy only to find out she left her shift and never called in my medication. Headache came back raging I took my blood pressure again while I was waiting at Rite Aid which it was extremely high again. I will never go back there I hope out of all this the physician assistant learns how to treat people and not have an attitude with patients that are paying for Help. If she feels that she is so disturbed by the public she should get another job title and should not be in medicine. Never recommending nor will I return! Horrible bed side manner! My wife left a message that night with a very friendly medical assistant I believe her name started with an M to have the office manager call us in the morning. We were told the office managers name was Dawn. The next morning the physician assistant called my wife to argue about the visit. My wife said she was very defensive argued the whole time on the phone and did not listen to what she said. If you need to seek treatment go elsewhere unless you feel like arguing about your care and being scolded the whole time not to mention you’re going to end up paying just to get yelled at and end up with nothing in return. 2 days go by I finally got my refill, thanks to the friendly medical assistant who answers the phone.

Yes, We take Scan Insurance, but it really depends on the medical group your Primary Care Physician belongs to. If we are contracted with them, it is fine. Otherwise we may need authorization.
Yes we do!
