Took my 16 year old Shih-tzu there a few months ago. Lady did a good job. Very Nice as well. Made another appt for noon today so as not to let our Boy get to messy. At 11:10 this morning, a different woman called and said they are Canceling my dogs appt. As she is the ( New Owner ) and they will Not be grooming dogs over 12 years of age. WOW, 50 MINUTE NOTICE. This is the most Unprofessional person Ive experienced from a Business owner. She should have Honored this appt. and then advise and explain to their customer at that time. That would be acceptable and understandable. I HIGHLY recommend you seek another groomer. If you need assistance, let me know on here and I will help you find someone. I don't think I would want my Fur Baby in the hands of someone like this, so it's good to know now. Absolutely Shameful.

Very loving and knowledgeable. My little boxer/pit mix can be a handful, they took great care of her and she loved being with them. ( I know this because she wasn't rushing to me to get away). You can trust them. 🐾🥰🐾
