Owner's sister was working. She knew literally nothing about any of the products. I bought a $100 bottle of CBD. There were 3 available & 2 were clearly leaking out of the top (not sealed well). During check out, I noticed mine was actually leaking also. As soon as I tasted the tincture I knew something was wrong. Ive had plenty of CBD tinctures before at other places & none tasted bad like this one. I didnt say anything to my husband and when he tried it he spit it out it was so bad. I called the store to request a refund & spoke with the owner's sister. She laughed at me & said, "You cant actually think someone is going to refund you for something that was $100!?" She was very rude & said they wont be issuing a refund because I already "used" the product. I asked for the owner to call me. She said they would today. They didnt. A few days later, I called again. The owner (wife) answered. I told her everything. She said, "its normal for them to leak." I couldn't believe she thought a product that should be sealed for safety was ok to leak. She said she cant do anything but needs to speak with the "owner" (her husband). Said he would call me that day. Its been days since. No call. I spoke with another CBD company in town & they said that the I heart CBD franchise is a white label company. They buy cheap low quality products in bulk & relabel them as theirs. They know nothing about the stuff they sell & the quality is terrible. I purchased a new 1000 mg tincture from this other company & it was sealed, delicious, and effective! Drive the extra distance from Summerville & get the real stuff from people who actually care about you as a customer!
