Went there around 7 on a Monday Aug. 15 and the employees decided to close early for the day. Guess they were done. When I called to inquire about hours she explained they were open until 8 but when we got there they had the doors locked and explained that their systems were down. I told her that was fine we had a question about the phone itself. Nothing about the account or system. Just needed to figure if the phone is fixable or if a new one will need to be bought. She was incredibly nasty with her response refusing to offer any help and lied about other stores hours when I tried to ask where I could get help from. The woman working the phone was incredibly rude and kind of trashy.

Do not go there, do not go to any authorized verizon (dealer) Go only to a Verzon store or buy onlime/phone with Verizon itself. It cost me a lot of extr money to go here. Verizon does not charge you 25 dollars just to help transfer from one phone to another plus restocking fee if you do not like the phone... all in all almost 100 dollars loss for nothing. GO TO VERIZON ITSELF. BETTER DEALS, NO OVERCHARGES ....
