Website was confusing to navigate, I wasn't sure if they had an online shopping section, if they do I couldn't find it. Tried calling within business hours several times just for nobody to answer, we needed parts for an unexpected incident that left us stranded and they were closest according to maps. I ended up having to take parts off the vehicle in order for it to move and drove white knuckled home. Towtruck was out of the question because I had to get the parts and couldn't afford both. If your wondering why I just didn't go to advanced, or auto zone it was because neither had the part in stock. Eventually ended up going to Napa.

Kevin was very professional and changed the front headlight bulb on my son's Chrysler 300 and showed him how to do it for future need. He helped my son immediately upon arrival with the car. Kudos to Pep Boys Thank you very much!

Wasted 30 minutes of my time looking for a tire they didn't have in stock, although the website told me it was available for pick up. I am extremely disappointed right now.

What really sucks is when that happens and you are the only customer there
Being a former employee, Sunday is a slow day, but they also limit there techs that are certified to do it down. Call ahead to check if they have a tech that can do it
