I had such a positive experience at this dealership! I just purchased a brand-new 2022 Volkswagen Jetta from sales consultant Catalina Reinhardt. I contacted no less than a half dozen local dealerships with no luck finding what I was looking for. Catalina was able to find me the exact car I wanted, which was not even on the lot yet and was in transit from the factory. There was no baloney working out the final price and I feel I got a very good deal. From start to finish the paperwork took less than two hours and my overall experience was excellent! I have purchased and sold approximately 10 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the most pleasant hassle free experience. Special thanks to Schumacher Volkswagen and Catalina you guys rock!!!

I wanted to share my story, I met the incredible staff in the service department who helped take care of my car. Mr Johnny Bueno (GOOD), Reese Goldstein and Zachery Armanini. I have a 2019 VW BEETLE that is bone white and is quite special to me. My battery was totally dead and there was also issues with the two front tires. I brought it in and they immediately took assessment of my problem and took care of me. Johnny "Good" Bueno went over everything and was a pure professional as well as friendly and approachable. I knew it would be a bit pricey coming to the dealership, but I wanted the job done right with people that were familiar with VW Beetles. Mr Reese Goldstein and Mr Zachery Armanini checked out my vehicle and also discovered a giant tear that went around my right front tire. They were both concerned that it would blow out at any time. Did I spend more than I wanted or expected to? Yes, I did. But I also got incredible service, honest answers and they were able to offer a discount on a portion of bill due to my being a veteran. It was enough to know that there are people out there that still care. I am sold on Schumacher Volkswagen of WPB, thank you gentlemen. It was more than I ever expected. All of you went above and beyond. It is appreciated and I truly thank all three of you.

I took my car to this location for service. When I ran into a problem and asked the service manager if they are telling me this because I am black he told me to find another dealership to have my car serviced immediately. I will spread this gobally. To me they were trying to play on my intelligence and cannot deal with black people that's why I ask him that.It's the white guy that is a Service Manager who told me to find another dealership because I brought up race although I waited 4.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, balance and squeaking of my rotors when I drive. Which is the second time I have addressed the issue of squeaking when I drive the car. They feel they can tell me anything and they cannot and continue to tell me it is normal. It is not. I was very upset with the fact that the service manager decided that he was not going to fix my car because there was no money in the repair, although it's under warranty, really. It's not his decision.. It's normal he said. That's a lie. There's more I have to address with this Dealership. Dimitri is the bomb. Donna is the bomb. The service manager Frank you made a mistake. Now they will ALL get together and plot against the customer to save themselves. A very unhappy customer. Lastly, after I was told my car would not be fixed because there's no money in it for the dealership that's when I lost my temper but apologized. The only reason I came to that Dealership is because of Dimitri . I will tell anyone and everyone not to go to your dealership because of the service manager and Frank. My uncle owned a dealership in the Midwest. I have all the guidance I need from him. Poor service that's the bottom line. You cannot tell me anything, not me.
