I purchased a Tesla Model Y for over 75K and The windshield was broken when I picked up. After I talk to the “Manager” whom suggest to call and lie to my insurance to place a claim (which I consider dishonest). He didn’t want to talk to me anymore and didn’t show up either. They don’t want to fix my car by any reason even when I have proves when I picked up the car where the car has the damage They stop answer my calls and I haven’t received an answer yet. I picked up the car almost a week ago. (Aug 17) I have to proceed some how with a lawyer but be careful if you are planning to buy something here Terrible experience until now

If you could go somewhere else, please don’t hesitate! First of all, be careful with the details of your vehicle. This is the new MDX I purchased from Napleton Acura. The pictures were taken next day of taking the car. Missing parts, damage paint, dirty fuel cap! OMG, I can’t express how upset I was. Secondly, bad post customer service! after taking the car, I want to activate the tracking system. Called the dealer over 10 times, still not able to get hold a person who can help. All they did was transfer me from service to sales, from sales to services, back and forth.

I just purchased a 2014 Tesla Model S from Karl Johnson and Chris of Napleton’s Acura of Palm Beach, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I love my new car, and the treatment I received from Karl and Chris throughout my purchase, from initial contact to find delivery was incredible. I would venture to say that I am more happy with this experience than I have ever felt throughout the the purchase of any car I have ever acquired. I would give my experience 5 out of 5 stars!

The parts department is closed at the moment. Call tomorrow after 8am and speak to either Tiffany or Ignacio and they will be more than happy to help you. Have your VIN handle to assure proper color. I will be out until Monday.
