Customer service was great. However, I went back THREE TIMES IN ONE DAY because my lashes were done wrong and they were uncomfortable. This was a horrible experience for me. I went elsewhere to get them removed and redone. I can never come back. Great customer service but worse experience of my life.

So I’ve come here for about 8 months, and the girl decided I’m “difficult” because I ask for exactly how I like my nails done. I waited two hours for her today, only to be told she doesn’t want to do my nails. I actually brought a style from my old shop in Jax and she was fine learning how to take my style but after the last two times when my nails lifted in two days, I was under the impression that if you don’t tell techs something doesn’t work for you then you’re just wasting money. This is not an angry review, this is a dissatisfied review that the last two fills did not work for me and I had to return in a few days. Obviously it was done on purpose and I am offended and irritated that I sat and waited for two hours to be told I would not be assisted, by someone OTHER THAN HER. I do NOT recommend this location.
