The worse services, and the cuban lady never give attention to the costumers, i did my appointment with the girl a usually do it, wheni arrive in the places that girl tall me shes not working, and few hours tall me or course you can come shes here and make my appointment , so i show the model and i ask first if someone can do this and she says of course, and this is the results final, before moren then 4 HOURS!!! And its no the first time that happen to me with the front girl La chica del frente jamas presta atención en dos ocasiones ya ha pasado lo mismo, me dijo que podían hacer el modelo exactamente, y este fue el resultado identico….. horrible, entre al lugar 3:15, salí pasadas de las 7 pm Looks like the same? Nope , don’t spend money with those persons

Horrible Experience! I will never recommend this place to anyone! It was my daughters Prom and they messed my daughters nails up. Nail Tech (with blessed hat on) agreed my daughters nails didn’t look but was still writing up the tab to send her out the door. They don’t care! They charged us more for their mistake! We were stuck because my daughter had other appointments the next day! They tried to do us like the previous review - they us to come the next day! Our appointment was booked a week in advance and they messed up because Yani, the receptionist, told us something they couldn’t promise. They speak about you in Spanish/Chinese and the new receptionist gets her nails done while working- who does that?!! New Management needs to step up their game! Yani lied that Loan went on vacation. But the real Truth is Loan left and the new receptionist laughed after telling me. Loan made that Nail Salon popular. Loan made a great decision by going somewhere else! Just really horrible experience- you will pay for THEIR MISTAKE!!! I wish I read previous reviews prior to making her appointment. We spent total $110 - NO Tip for them. Ridiculous & Horrible Experience!

The worst pedicure of my life! I scheduled an appointment for myself and my daughter which we had wait over an hour for hers. By the time they finally started the service for my 6 year old it was with cold water. I would of left but she was looking forward to her birthday pedicure all week. They literaly finished hers in 10 minutes. Mine was rushed as well so the nail tech could do her own nails at the table. Yes you read that right. I use to come here all the time but will never return again! Whoever the new owners are lacking so much and should pop in and see how the techs treating their paying customers.

Me the (wife)The worst ever. She attempted to do my feet and in the middle of cleaning my cuticles she was pulled to do someone else wax. Then came back never picked back up from where they left off and just put lotion on me. The quickest pedicure and the worse But the other lady that did my husband was good
