I called and did not have an appointment and they got me right in within about 15 minutes. The gentleman who gave me a haircut did a great job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place as they're great people and got nice music.

Horrendous customer service. I’m really disappointed that I have been sitting here for over an hour and not one person has even acknowledged my presence. Every one of these barbers in this room has cut my hair at least once and not one of them has the decency to say I will be right with you. I come here biweekly and have waited and deal but this is out of control. A simple greeting and the common courtesy of a hello make a huge difference in a world where people are stuck on their phones and you guys should take note. If you have never been here they will probably ignore you even worse. I will take my business elsewhere after this let down.
