Drive almost 2 hours to purchase a vehicle. Based on text messages with the salesman before leaving we had worked out financial terms of the deal. When it came time to finalize everything the finance manager told me that they couldn’t honor those terms and I needed to put an additional $3700 down. Wasted an entire Saturday in what felt like a bait and switch. Salesman was nice at first but disappeared once the deal fell through.

We brought our Honda in for warranty work and it was returned to us with a broken dash. A replacement was ordered and I had to miss work for the 2nd appointment- only to find out an hour in that the part ordered was incorrect. This time the vehicle was returned to me with a broken dash as well as a nonfunctional radio. We were not called when the new part arrived, we had to call Leith - and it will be yet another week before this situation can be addressed. I travel for work and my vehicle is beyond embarrassing with its destroyed dash and I cannot have it detailed in the state it is in, plus my 30+ hours/week behind the wheel in silence is nearly unbearable. We will not be visiting Leith in the future for the maintenance of our Honda.
