It's kind of a strange place. I told the guy who approached what I was looking for which took far too much explanation. The one option they had, he says he doesn't know if he had it in stock. Okay, does someone else know these things? The outlet is in a separate building in the back and I can't recommend that experience. Best adjective I can think of is depressing.

In September 2020, we purchased $16000 worth of new kitchen appliances (GE Monogram refrigerator, Bosch Dishwasher and Double wall oven). The refrigerator and wall oven was delivered in February of 2021; we picked up the dishwasher and installed it in May of 2021. The GE Monogram refrigerator did not work properly from Day 1. It never made ice. Aztec was contacted but truthfully did not do anything as I was told that I needed to go through GE. The Monogram refrigerator was eventually fixed in April of 2021. In November of 2021, the icemaker to the refrigerator failed again and has not worked since. It March 2022. I have called Aztec several times with no return phone calls. GE has sent 3 different repair companies to my home and all have been unable to get the icemaker to work. I have asked GE to take back my refrigerator and refund my money. I have called several law firms to see if they would be willing to support me in a claim against GE/Aztec as the unit falls under warranty and at this point, I no longer trust the worthiness of the appliance. I would never purchase an appliance again from Aztec. Their customer service stinks. I am truly disappointed in this company. I expected more of them being that they were not a big box store. I would never recommend anyone going through Aztec for high-end appliances and in the future would take my money elsewhere in exchange for customer service and warranty of their appliances. Regretfully, I have in my possession a $10,000 refrigerator that has not been fully functional for more than 6 months of ownership. Buyer beware.

OK, maybe a 1 star isn't fair, because we have purchases several appliances from them (and are reasonably happy) But NEVER get talked into a warranty. Our 2.5 year old refrigerator's ice maker is making loud annoying noises. When you contact the warranty center...well, they're not so quick at responding. And when they do they seem like an insurance company. They are finding reasons NOT to come check it out. They say if you're getting ice, the noise isn't in the coverage. Lovely. We did every check they recommended but it didn't help. When I look up this problem on Google, it points to a bad compressor, a faulty drain pipe, or the condenser. I almost always write positive reviews because it's hard running a business. Aztec salespeople are fine. The warranty folks are not on the customer's side.

Excellent selection of major appliances, although current stock is limited. We were able to find the exact refrigerator we needed in stock for $100 less than competitors. Extended warranty is reasonably priced. Outlet warehouse behind main store has a good selection of scratch and dent. Salesman in outlet found our refrigerator in their new inventory. Very helpful and pleasant.
