Buy beware. Bought a used fridge here 10 months ago. The compressor stopped working today. I called to see what their warranty was, and the guy who answered the phone said one year. I told him my fridge stopped working, and that I bought it ten months ago. He laughed, said the year warranty is only for new refrigerators, and told me "call me back, I'm with a customer" and hung up on me. Poor customer service and shady business practices.

Great experience. Placed an order at Home Depot, the delivery date kept changing. Called and Home Depot couldn’t tell me when the refrigerator I ordered would be delivered. Called San Diego Appliance Warehouse. Found the same fridge at lower price and in stock. Very happy. Will be getting my stove soon.

DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM ALERT!!! We bought a used fridge (trying to support small business during the pandemic) and were told that we had a Year Warranty. After about a week the fridge no longer stayed cool. They DID NOT HONOR THE YEAR WARRANTY and left us with a BROKEN USELESS FRIDGE! But what Were Offered was to give them the fridge back and they would give us credit for the fridge we just purchased and would have to shell out additional money for another used fridge!! Crazy right!? Do we ended up going to a big box store to get a new fridge. As many of the comments below stated this place is SHADY!!!

I was happy to find the washer and dryer I was looking for here. The price seemed reasonable. They delivered when expected. However, about a month later, my washer started to leak. I contacted them because the appliances came with a warranty for 90 days. I scheduled a time for them to come take a look and they never showed up. I called and they didn’t give any explanation. We set up another time for the next day and he said he’d call in the morning- no call, no show. Since then I’ve left messages with no return call. They never pick up when I call now. This is unprofessional and very poor service. They try to ignore you until the warranty runs out!
