Beautiful showroom! Aside from the incredible smell that welcomes you when you walk in, the appliances that this showroom has is simply amazing! Shopping around for new big home purchases can be overwhelming, but Michelle made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable in the different appliances that were around the room. She didn't try to pressure me like so many other places try to do. Thank you Michelle for all your help and being so present with me. :)

I recently purchased all the appliances and a few accessories for my kitchen remodel with Lars. Matt Regole, Director of Product Sales assisted me from my first visit into the showroom until my decision to purchase months later. I did my due diligence and checked other companies for high end appliances as well, they had the products similar pricing BUT they did not have Matt Regole!! Matt has excellent product knowledge and also helped me to select the right style and look for what I needed. He never tried to over sell me, rather he gave me complete info on the product and gave me options on what he felt might work best. His communications and follow up with me on specs, pricing, arrival times storage and install of products before hand was invaluable in helping me plan. Lastly, Matt was extremely personable and relatable… even sharing what worked or didn’t work in his own remodel. He will continue to follow up with me on my order and I also appreciate that once all is installed and if any issues with the product, I can call him and he will assist! I have no doubt about that! Matt you are the Gold Standard of great service in my book and that is not a compliment I give out freely! Thank you!
