The prices are outrageous. The manager/owner has a very bad and short temper and closes communication off the first moment a concern arises. The hidden fees are very hidden and very costly. It closes early and oftentimes packages have to be redirected, taking days to return. There is a refusal to put small envelopes in the mailbox, forcing a charge of at least $1.85, even when no tracking number is on the envelope. It cost me $14 dollars for me to pick up a laptop I ordered, if that goes to show the prices of the place. I have not ordered anything online big ever since due to the high costs. Other places cost about 50cents to accept a package, if that. The $1.85 start price for package pickup is very high and was not mentioned upon first rental agreement. Very unpleased with this place. Update:. My NEW mailbox place, Postal Annex, charges much less and I am able to receive 12 packages per month without a charge, regardless of weight and size. They reuse packing supplies (Mr. Mail accepts no boxes or used packing supplies when you are done with them). I am greeted by name and a smile. Forgot your key? No problem (Mr Mail charges 50 cents each time). Moral of the story: shop around! A simple trolley ride up a few stops can save you a lot of money and frustration! I am loving my new mailbox place at the Postal Annex! Mr. Mail needs to do a lot of soul searching on how to do proper business.

They do a pretty darn good job overall and the girls in the main front area are actually kinda fun, joking around with me and my husband while we're there. They have never misplaced anything and their notification system telling us we have a package is quite efficient and reliable. It's also really great that we have access to our regular mail twenty four hours a day, seven days a week! Now, however, the place just seems a little run down. And when you have to go around to the side to pick up packages the people are not so friendly or don't seem happy to work there, they don't make much eye contact, do not smile or greet you, they just kind of do the bare minimum job (well enough though) and then they're done with you they just turn their back, there is no 'thank you', no 'have a nice day'. Also, my husband and I live south of the U.S. border in Mexico and we wish they had some kind of reliable service available to deliver our mail or packages to us there. That would be amazing! We would do so much more service with them if they did!

You can call and give your card number
Yes they do.
I suggest you go directly or talk on the phone, even if you don't have a mailbox with them, they probably returned it.
Hello Miriam, good afternoon First you must rent a section, this gives you the possibility of having a physical address, and thus easily your packages arrive. When they arrive they charge you by weight and / or volume and you can go through them in the week they arrived, if it takes longer, they charge you to store them. Now if the conditions and prices have not changed, the rent is for 3 months and has a cost of 45-50usd, for a small section, (but you can receive packages of any size) After the first few months, you can continue renting per month, and it is $ 20. But you must renew before your rent ends, because otherwise they will charge you an ion penalty of - + 10usd I wish this info serves you. Greetings
Also, 24 hour access boxes for additional fee. Been with Mr. Mail for over 10 years now, highly recommended.
That's right, as the package goes directly through the door to the warehouse, I think the limit is the size of the entrance door.
