I took my car to the shop for door and window repair. Although it took a while for them to receive parts to fix my car, I was able to preorder the parts with help from Ralph. It was my first time dealing with the repair process so I did not really know what to do. However, Ralph helped me walk through the whole process from A to Z. Overall, the service was excellent and Ralph made it even better.

Having a big family means, unfortunately, every few years someone will have an accident. For more than a decade, we have had our cars repaired at Penske several times with totally good results. It's a big shop, yes, but the biggest difference here is the team of appraisers. The women (hi Sarah) and men behind the written estimates really know their stuff and provide a level of customer care above that of most independent shops. Honesty is not the exception here, it's the rule. There are cheaper shops for out-of-pocket works, but for insurance work we come here. Oh yeah, pro-tip: try the espresso machine in their lounge, the drinks are straight fire.

My wife and I had to get our windshield repaired on our 2021 X5 Idrive e45. After BMW transfered us to Penske; it became a nightmare in customer service. No answering of phones, no call backs. Finally, after getting the insurance order approved (In the wrong State). They were ready to repair the windshield. It goes on and on. However, the acctual Collision Service Center is top knotch. From the front desk to the repair; everyone was great! They set up reasonable expectations of 5 hours yet finished in 2. Even if we were not a BMW family. We would take our vehicles there for repair. Thanks everyone!

Car took a little bit longer to get repaired due to part shortage so garage paid for a rental (my insurance only covered 1 month of rental and the repair of my car took 2 months) so I wasn’t without a car. Rafael was quick to answer emails and provide assistance. So far the car looks like new and like nothing happened. Recommend if your insurance covers the expensive cost, especially if your car is a newer German brand, they are the only accredited garage in SD to fix it back with genuine parts and expertise.
