Worst experience ever in a Burlington. 3 cashier's, slow as hell and waited in line for almost 40 minutes. Felt like I was at the border. Hate when stores really have horrible service and store is all jacked up. The photo only shows half of the line.

First Time at this location. Walked in, My girlfriend found some things she wanted, We went to checkout.. 100 people are in line to check out! There are only 2 Cashiers! After waiting 20 minutes, asked for the manager to put another Cashier, nothing, then 20 minutes later, I asked Security to Call the Manager! 20 more minutes went by, still no cashier, no manager! I went outside for another half an hour, waiting in my car. Still nothing! I go back inside the store and see my girlfriend at the Counter, okay, so I leave. 20 Minutes later, she is still at the Counter! The Cashier keeps calling the manager because she does not know what to charge my girlfriend! So 1 Cashier now for 100 people! I went in there and started screaming at all of them! OH MY GOD, THE MANAGER FINALLY SHOWS UP OVER AN HOUR LATER! Does he offer any apology? no! Did he offer my girlfriend any discount? no! DOES THIS MANAGER EVEN HELP CHECK OUT THE STRANDED CUSTOMERS? NO! SO THEY LET THE STORE FILL UP WITH PEOPLE! WHILE ONLY HAVING 2 CASHIERS, AND WONDER WHY EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT IN LINE OVER 1 HOUR? YOU NEED TO FIRE THE MANAGER!

I tried to return the pillows but they would not accept it because it has stains on it which were already there. The stain really didn't bother me coz you can easily laundry it what I didn't like were the size. I mean I don't expect a perfect pillow from Burlington. I know I'm not at Crate and Barrel 🤷🏼♀️ Oh well never coming back 👋
