I miss when Abercrombie offered good service in the store, now the fitting rooms are very dirty, the employees can never find the packages and they lose the packages and they do not offer a good solution. Abercrombie became the worst store with the worst customer service

Been trying AnF for a long time. Love their styles and fit. Seen how the company has evolved and keep up with the taste of millennials. The new store re-design is really cool. Lot of thought must have went into designing the stores to make shopping at AnF an experience like Apple stores.

I absolutely love Abercrombie! It's usually pretty organized and it always smells good. It's a little in the expensive side but their clothes fit me very well, so it's worth it. The fashion valley location has just been remodeled and reopened and is way more beautiful and on the fancier side than their other ones. Love it!
