Alfredo is the most wonderful and knowledgeable iPhone and computer specialist I’ve ever come across! He has his shop in the Sprouts market mall on Governor Drive and I make a list of all of the problems I’m having, walk in, and he is savvy and professional. We get everything straightened out in 15 minutes! Versus making an appointment at the Apple store and driving all the way up there and trying to find parking and trying to find the store? Forget it. I have my own private consultant right up the street. Oh, and BTW, he also knows about smart TVs and Aerials and how to set things up in your home.

Unprecedented Service & Honesty: the most honest & complete service anywhere ! When I took my iPad Air, 3rd Ed there for screen replacement, the owner quoted a repair cost and then proceeded to instruct me on how to approach Apple for a free replacement of my entire device ! Long story short: I now have a brand new device at a $49.99 replacement cost - thanks to this man ! He has my business for life. So thankful to have found him & iFix on Governor Dr. 🙏🏻 😄

I called two places for prices and Ifix was $15 cheaper for a screen Repair. I am glad I took the risk. It only took 25 minutes and they are located in a shopping plaza with Sprouts and Tuesday Morning so was easy to shop during that quick wait time. He took the time to educate me a bit about issues with my phone and also put a free screen protector on it. I am so glad I found ifix and plan to go back and recommend to anyone I know. Very nice experience.
