Well kept,serious place,people that live there mind their own business and no what's healthy and safe for themselves and their children,great job WITH maintenance ,security staff and management. Safe for raising children.

I get along with our new management team and it's appreciated greatly. To me, to build up a good relationship, especially when it comes to where you live, is extremely important. The buildings look fantastic but some of them do have roach problems. I currently don't have any roaches but during certain times of the year, just like ants, they become relentless! I just scour every room in my place and make sure I spray in all cracks and crevices. Then, caulk those places so nothing gets back in. Other than that, it's not bad for the price you pay.

This place sucks, its roach infested and no matter how many times a day you clean, or how much they spray they never go away, they look nice but this place is no good, managment is aweful and treats you like youre below dirt..the teenagers here think theyre part of gangs claim blood and go around breaking windows, and messing with ppls cars. I wish I could give this place a 0 rating.
