Great location and staff! Jocelyne was really helpful and accommodating, and the assistant community manager Gabriella always got back to me fast. They answered all my questions and were quick to help whenever I needed anything. The rooftop is beautiful and has amazing views, and the front desk was friendly. I had a very welcoming experience!

I usually don’t do reviews but, Gabriella is literally the best assistant manager I have came across in the Coral Gables area. She is professional , beautiful and her customer service is top notch. She actually cares and is very good at her job. She sold me on the move in tour after already renting the apartment! Beautiful property and great amenities, in an amazing location. Looking forward to calling Sofia Coral Gables home this summer.

I have had the pleasure of being at the Sofia for 2+ years and I have always relied on the Sofia team to help me with any concerns. Gabriella, specifically, has been amazing since our first tour with her. Maintenance is always on top of work needing to be done and the ladies in the office do an amazing job with the HIGH influx of people wanting an apartment here. Great service, great location, lovely staff.
