I had a difficult time finding a truck that fit my needs. After spending many hours searching, AutoNation Chevrolet came through. They responded quickly to my inquiry and confirmed that they had the truck in stock. All interaction with the dealership was friendly and professional, especially my salesperson Barbara. I made a visit to Coral Gables and confirmed that they could provide what I needed. Paperwork done, I owned the truck in a couple of hours. Barbara was able to arrange for the truck to be shipped to my house for a very reasonable fee. The delay in getting delivery was a banking issue, not the fault of the dealership. I received the truck, in perfect condition by a friendly and courteous truck driver. Overall, the buying experience at AutoNation was at the top of my long list of dealer experiences.

Adrian was an awesome salesman who helped me navigate through the process of purchasing my vehicle. And the Finance manager, Mario was a good guy too. You're right ... I bought a car from that dealer and I'm paying a PRIMIUM guarantee and they are not able to solve the problem. They always look for an excuse for you to pay for the repair ... I never buy a car in auto nation coral gables
