Victor was my sales rep today. He was very easy to talk to and understood exactly what I needed. As a woman, walking in alone could be a little intimidating but he made the process comfortable and easy. Not pushy at all. Thank you Victor! Mario from finance was also amazing, great team!

I had a difficult time finding a truck that fit my needs. After spending many hours searching, AutoNation Chevrolet came through. They responded quickly to my inquiry and confirmed that they had the truck in stock. All interaction with the dealership was friendly and professional, especially my salesperson Barbara. I made a visit to Coral Gables and confirmed that they could provide what I needed. Paperwork done, I owned the truck in a couple of hours. Barbara was able to arrange for the truck to be shipped to my house for a very reasonable fee. The delay in getting delivery was a banking issue, not the fault of the dealership. I received the truck, in perfect condition by a friendly and courteous truck driver. Overall, the buying experience at AutoNation was at the top of my long list of dealer experiences.

Adrian was an awesome salesman who helped me navigate through the process of purchasing my vehicle. And the Finance manager, Mario was a good guy too. I felt comfortable and not pressured during the financing process. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I recommend these folks!! And, I know where I’m going when I purchase my next vehicle.

AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables is the best experience I have had at a dealership. I had a last minute, limited timeline issue with my car, as I was not from the area. Guillermo in the Service Center went above and beyond to help me out. My experience was easy, quick, flexible, and made me feel like a valued customer. He also candidly told me how the Team at this dealership feels like family. Finally, with all the issues diagnosed with my car, Guillermo gave me an honest and transparent analysis. In no way did I feel price gauged or pressured, like I have at other places. Thank you so much for my experience!

It is the worst dealer that I have ever visited, like saying that I even got hit by the car from behind in their parking lot, they do not have a camera, they are not responsible and I kept it to myself, better parking on the street.
