I have been trying to contact them for MONTHS! We receive packages every other day with them and often we receive delivered notifications from USPS (or other carriers) and never a notification with South Pacific, I have had a package missing for over a month! I have sent messages and they never answer me on facebook they leave me on seen, they never answer the phone and they never answer emails. they used to have such good customer service, they always answered, that's why we were working with them!

08/06/18 This place is always very clean and the staff is always very helpful. The rates for the PO boxes are very reasonable. They will rent them out 3 months, 6 months and 1 year at a time. They do have different size mailboxes for you to choose from. The mailing addresses that they use are very convenient because a lot of big companies do not ship to PO boxes. So you are allowed to use the street address and the PO box number as a suite number. What I like the most about this place is the fact that if you order a large package, they will hold it for you until you come and pick it up, and they will notify you via text message or email that you have something waiting for you! I do recommend this establishment for those who are seeking a PO Box.

You just go to the office and tell them what you want to send and where, they measure it, they weigh it and they tell you how much it is

Yes you can, you only need a po box account over there You can pay for 1month, 6 months or a year. You Need call to check if they have available spaces
First of all this is a mailbox service, not a passport agency where you can renew your stuff. But to answer your question, yes you do have to make an appointment and fill out the necessary paperwork and turn it into the proper address and or facility in order to renew your daughter's passport.
