This store has completely changed the merchandising of its departments as well as the check-out area and process. It will take some getting use to the new format but my first go at it seems to be an improvement. The brand selections as well as the company's continued offer of 20% off single item coupons is the primary reason I shop here. I avoid drug chains and use the coupons to purchase all over the counter drugs and items such as razors, and other bathroom products.

I ordered a trash can which was promised to me to be delivered brand new in a box. It came from the store right off of the shelf no box ! I asked that someone come to take it back as I can not carry it to my car and they refused so now I’m stuck with a 100 dollar kitchen trash can! I will never purchase from Bed, Bath, and Beyond again. Their customer service is beyond poor!

They have an excellent team of customer service and receiving representatives that are willing to go above and beyond, even to the point of taking public insults and reproaches from their customers (undeservingly of course) and continue with a smile. Easy parking and the Store is too busy most of the time. The selection is a little less because it's not a Super Store But you still find everything. Great prices for Cosmetics.
