This was the easiest car purchase ever. From the manager greeting us as soon as we walked in, to meeting Henry R. who was our sales person to the financing with Adrian. We were new to the Subaru "cult" so Henry took the the time to introduce us to the brand and we were sold. For the financing, we explained to Adrian what our budget was and he came back with the right number. No haggling, no back and forth. Within 2 hours we test drove the car, got financing and drove away in our new 2022 Subaru Crosstrek. We realized we were missing the mats for the car, reached out to Henry and within a couple of days we had our mats. Great job everyone!! I highly recommend visiting Schumacher and reach out to Henry, he'll treat you right.

Update: I just spent $120 in the parts department and tried using a complimentary car wash coupon that was sent to me, with the service department. She told me no very rudely and said it's only complimentary if you get service done. The coupon said nothing about getting service done in order to get a car wash. Simply put - she was being rude and lazy! Please don't send me coupons if I can't use them!!!! False advertising I love my Subaru Crosstrek very much and if I need any parts or services.. This is the place to go!
