UPDATE: I reconnected with this business through an associate contractor engaging them in an almost identical manner and this time they seemed to wade knee deep into the transaction with knowledge, courtesy with an accommodating get it done attitude. So in all fairness I have changed my review or better stated they have changed my review.

I called FMI to see if they had something to rent that would take care of my back yard. I spoke to Mike, who was very friendly and knowledgable about lawn equipment. I explained I just had a horrible experience at a different rental company that rented me an antique that did not work like when it was newer. I explained my problem and Mike recommended the right piece of equipment, that looked like it was new, and it got the job done right. FMI is now my first and only choice when it comes to renting just about any type of machinery you could want. I wish I had found FMI before the other place I rented from.

These guys are great!! They went out of their way to make sure my rental of a stump grinder was seamless. I ran into some issues on my end and they were overwhelmingly happy to make things work in the future on another rental. Great knowledgeable staff and tons of stuff to rent!! Also will be buying pellets for my smoker here!!
