The store located at Pine, the person in charge there, revive my 5-day-old flowers and showed me patiently how to take care and arrange them even she's extremely busy. She is very professional and dedicated.

Initially I was not happy with the bouquet I sent to my daughter. I contacted the store via email. It wasn’t long after I sent the email that Terri, the owner, called me. Long story short Terri personally delivered my daughter a new bouquet and fixed the existing bouquet. Which she let her keep. I have not experienced customer service like this in a very long time. She went out of her way to make things right. The bouquet she brought was absolutely perfect and the one she fixed turned out great. I will definitely use them the next time I buy my daughter flowers.

When the original arrangement arrived, my sister sent me a photo of it and I felt like it was a little thin, based on my order. I called the shop and spoke with Terri, the owner, about it.
