I'm not a difficult, challenging, or a tough person to deal with. Actually very understanding and easy going, however when you face some poor, unfortunate and unpleasant experience like the one below you tend to wander otherwise. Called 5 times to the Horizon Ridge Park Apartments office to get some more detailed information about their accommodation, and all 5 times I was getting an answering service people not the actual apartment's leasing office. Left 5 messages with them with all my 5 calls, I also gave my email and cell number, text, including verbal messages, but no one ever called back, emailed, texted or left a message. If anyone ever had a privilege to talk to the actual office staff, you should consider yourself very fortunate or lucky. Tells you right there, how much they want your business and how much they would care about you if and when you move in. Horrible experience and overall operation is very disorganized, as I see it. It's a shame, because apartment complex is nice just a bed service comes with it.
