We would like to say that we are very pleased to call Prelude at the Park home. We had a hard time finding a nice place to live. Then we found the website for Prelude at the Park and liked what we saw. So we applied and we are not at all computer savvy, so with the help of Monica Cotero who was so helpful and patience with us, we were able to complete our application. We got approved and are very happy to call Prelude at the Park our home. Thank you Monica, you're awesome!

Ernest has been the biggest help since moving to this community almost a month ago. He is the nicest person with the most humble attitude possible. Whenever a request is out in he is either there same day or the next morning ! Best man hands down !

Maintaince. is wonderful. Especially Patrick Daubney. Very professional polite and helpful. Great at explaining what he did to repair the problem.

Deposit is as low as $400 on up there the same as the rent on the unit you want.
I want to know this as well.. and no I won't contact leasing office to simply get a price.. I think we deserve an answer to these questions before even contacting.. it's not a difficult question..
Deposit and first month (prorated) is what we had to pay. Not sure what a two bedroom costs.

The pet deposit is $400 the monthly I think was $35 but I'm not real sure
I don't know if they give a second chance you'd have to call him in and go in and see them that's about it
Honestly explain the situation, they will still charge a late fee, but they wont evict you as long as you are upfront with them. Less trouble you make for them, less trouble they make for you
