It's fine if you have no place better to go. They have a little bit of everything parked in here. The neighbors seem to be very friendly. If they disallowed the junkie areas that some people are maintaining, this would be a really nice park.

No. There are no laundry facilities on property. And no ATM.
We charge $600 per month. All sites include water, trash , sewage and 30/50 amp power service. Power is supplied by NV Energy & it's the Tenants responsibility to start a new service.
You'll need to bring your own RV as we only rent the sites.
We are a mid to long term RV park with (1) month being our minimum stay.
