Obnoxious, classless and rude I went to return 2 bras with the tag on, they were 34$ each I lost the receipt and they reimburse 20$ each saying that now they were on sale .. they were not on sale in the shop and they are not on sale on line . Everyone has an attitude and nobody seems to care .

Inconsistent customer service. I’ve had multiple occurrences recently with employees being downright rude, as if I’m bothering them with a simple question about a size or help finding the location of checkout (layout is confusing). That said, the reason for the 3-star rating vs. 1-star rating is because you can’t give a 0, but more sincerely, the two super friendly employees that helped me during my last visit, bless you —apologies for forgetting names.

They do not honor the return policy at this store. I tried to return a bra that didn't fit. The website and posted signs state that you can return things you don't love within 120 days as long as the sewn in tags are not cut out. The woman at the register told me that because of covid they are not taking anything that has been worn and the price tags must be still be attached. This is NOT posted anywhere in the store or on the website. I talked to someone else on my way out and they told me that I could actually return it. I then had to get back in line, just to get the same employee from before at the register. This made me very uncomfortable because I shop here often and have to return things that don't fit because the fitting rooms are closed currently. Their employees need to be retrained on the store return policy and have signs posted if their rules are different than all other Victorias Secret stores.
